Terms & Conditions

Registration and payment conditions:


- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all details are provided and that all details are correct to complete the registration.  

- Registration verifies the client's agreement that they have read all the details of the retreat, and that they are suitable for them.

- Only after confirmation of payment and receipt of registration confirmation will the customer be considered registered for the retreat.

- The registration is personal for each customer and is not transferable.

- By the very act of registration, the participant declares that they are medically fit to participate in the retreat and all the activities and that the responsibility for any medical condition rests with the customer.

- The registrant confirms that changes in instructors/activities do not constitute a reason for canceling the registration.

- The retreat will be photographed and filmed by a professional photographer. Some/all of the materials may also be used for the company's marketing means. Registration for the retreat confirms the use of the participant's photos.

- The meals at the hotel are not kosher. For any special request (allergies/sensitivities...) please send a message at the moment of registration. The production team will do its best but does not take responsibility for the complete fulfillment of nutritional requirements.

- Termination of a person's participation in the retreat for any reason will not constitute a refund. No refunds are provided.

-  Personal belongings are the participant's responsibility.

Changes of plans:


The organizers maintain the rights to change the guides and activities if there are any constraints.
The plans may be affected by whether and unexpected changes 

 

Activities:

Please note that the event you are registering for offers a diverse range of leisure and recreational activities. These activities are provided by carefully selected suppliers, and it is important to understand that the responsibility for delivering these services lies solely with the respective suppliers. We, as organizers, act as intermediaries in facilitating these arrangements.

Participants are responsible for their own participation in the various events and should consider their own health condition as declared below. It is essential to ensure that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizers, such as the illness of a guide/instructor or the closure of a site, every effort will be made to provide a suitable alternative. We are committed to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Accommodation and Meals:

We work with hotels and resorts in unique locations both in Israel and around the world. Accommodation services will be provided to you by the suppliers at the resort, and they will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable stay.

Meals will be provided by a private chef that we hire at some of the resort locations, or by the hotels themselves, who will take responsibility for the dining experience.

Room assignments will be made according to the number of individuals registered in the same reservation and who have received prior confirmation for the requested room type.

Activities and Travel Outside the Resort or Hotel Premises:

Participating in excursions or any activities outside the resort or hotel premises during the event is at the discretion and responsibility of the participants only.

Please be cautious during the excursion. Each participant is personally responsible for any injuries, falls, or harm that may occur during the trip.

Can the retreat be cancelled?


The retreat requires a minimum number of participants. The organizers maintain the right to cancel the retreat if the number of registrants does not reach the required minimum. In this case, a message will be sent to each of the registrants and the full amount will be returned.

Cancellation & Refund:


Cancellation from the moment of booking up to 45 days before the departure date - 30% of the booking cost
Cancellation 45 to 31 days before the departure date - 50% of the booking cost
Cancellation 30 days before the departure date - 100% of the booking cost
